Candied Bacon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
½ recipe of Candied Bacon, chopped
1 jalapeno, chopped
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Toss all of the ingredients in a blender and give it a good blitz. Done.
