Creamy Blood Orange Dressing

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons blood orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon best quality mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions
  1. Stir all ingredients until combines. Will keep covered in the refrigerator for 1 week.
