Steak Seasoning

Serves: about ½ cup
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt or coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds, crushed
- 2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon celery seed
- Combine all ingredients and store in an air-tight container for up to 3 months (6 months if your spices are brand new).
