I typically make a batch and store in two pint jars in the refrigerator.
Ingredients
2 cups ketchup
¾ cups water
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup dark brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 ½ teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer for 15 minutes. Cool to room temperature before transferring to an air-tight container. Will keep in the refrigerator for 3 weeks.
