Caribbean Spice Rub

- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon granulated onion
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients and store up to 3 months in an airtight container.
