In a mixing glass, stir together the tomato juice, Clamato, vodka, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcester shire sauce and hot sauce; set aside. Mix together the Montreal seasoning and the smoked paprika on a small plate. Run the lemon wedge along the ridge of a highball glass and dip the rim of the glass in the seasoning mix. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the Bloody Mary and garnish away!
