1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional if you do not like too spicy)
1 lime, juice or ¼ cup white vinegar (optional)
Instructions
Clean and roughly dice all the ingredients. Place into a food processor and blend until a smooth consistency.
Keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
