Chef Anthony Serrano:

Born and raised in Arizona, Chef Anthony has worked in the restaurant business since his early teens. His family opened their first restaurant when he was 2 years old and he’s loved cooking for as long as he can remember. Chef Anthony’s family lives to cook and coming up with new creations is a family past time. In addition to learning much from his dad who also is Chef, he attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu and earned his bachelors degree in Culinary Management.
Over the course of the past few years he has found a new passion in competitive cooking. Chef Anthony has won over 60 awards in several state & national cooking competitions. On the national level Chef Anthony has participated in the World Food Championship for several years where he placed 2nd in his category in 2014 and won 1st place in November 2016. His 1st place creative dish named “Three little pigs spice it up in Holland” which consisted of a homemade bacon english muffin, a caramel apple & jalapeño sausage patty, purple potato hash, candied sausage poached egg, and a brown butter & habanero hollandaise, scored a perfect 100 from the judges.
In 2017 Chef Anthony filmed an episode of Ginormous Food for the Food Network entitled “Phoenix’s Finest Imports” in addition to filming an episode of the Cooking Channel’s Beach Bites with Katie Lee entitled “Stuffed”. His most recent appearance on the Food Network was a special Chopped Tournament that aired in January of 2018. Currently Chef Anthony works as a Chef Brand Ambassador & influencer creating dishes that are elevated yet accessible. His culinary point of view is nothing in the kitchen goes wrong you just have to adapt. Chef Anthony is a firm believer of adapting and overcoming in life and in the kitchen. He finds it fun and fulfilling to teach and inspire people to cook better and get over fears of cooking new and difficult dishes.
After using Bull Grills for years in intense Food Sport competition at the World Food Championships, Chef Anthony is excited to create new recipes using Bull Outdoor Products.
Wade Fortin:

Chef Wade Fortin has never met a culinary challenge he couldn’t handle. An accomplished chef with a love for competition BBQ, Fortin took his grilling skills to new heights winning a 2013 BULL Burger Battle, presented by BULL Outdoor, which carried him all the way to the World Food Championships and ultimately two consecutive World Burger titles.
With over 20 years of food industry experience, Fortin specializes in developed tastes and impeccable technique. Fortin, as an accomplished chef and successful food competitor, combines his culinary acumen with his intense personal drive to achieve great culinary heights. He currently Heads the Marketing Department for BULL Outdoor, traveling the country promoting BULL’s premium line of outdoor kitchen products.

Chef Amy has over sixteen years of experience and has worn a variety of culinary hats including, catering chef, private chef, purchasing director, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef. After attending the California Culinary Academy in 2000, she completed her apprenticeship outside Florence, Italy in the small village of Rufina. For the next seven years Chef Amy worked in various restaurants while living in Italy. Once she moved back to the States, Amy lived and worked in San Francisco for the next six years cooking at various Italian restaurants.
