Nothing like a juicy burger fresh off the grill! Sometimes though I want to eat a little healthier yet still have the meaty goodness of a cheeseburger. That’s when I make a Ranch Chicken Burger complete with a tasty Ranch Burger Sauce that is the very definition of awesome sauce. The chicken burger is super easy to put together and even easier to grill on a Bull Griddle.
Ranch Chicken Burger on the Bull Griddle

- 2 lb ground chicken
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing powder mix
- 1 grilled lemon
- 1 cup Pork Panko or bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup bacon chopped & raw
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl until combined but do not over mix.
- Form into desired size burger patties. Grill on a lightly greased medium heat preheated Bull Griddle until both sides are caramelized and the chicken burger has reached an internal temp of 165°. It should take about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Top with cheese and serve with your favorite toppings.
Ranch Burger Sauce

- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp chipotle powder
- 1 grilled lemon
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Refrigerate until needed
