I am going to be grilling up this amazing All-American inspired menu starring beer, bones and barbecue… Beef Back Ribs with Maple Chipotle Barbecue Sauce, Beer Brats with Sweet & Spicy Peppers, and Beer Bacon BBQ Beans (four food groups, one pot!). And to celebrate the end of summer (and the kids back in school), a grown up boozy version of one my childhood favorites – Bourbon Root Beer Floats!
