Cooking on the Bison Charcoal Grill

If you’re reading this then I know you’re already a fan of grilling and cooking on any of the powerful Bull Grills is always a treat. However using the Bison Charcoal Grill head that has been re-engineered for greater performance is pure awesomeness. The new vent system and gasket features allow for greater temperature control with the ability to regulate the oxygen flow into the firebox. Now you can set up the Bull Bison for slow and low BBQ, or crank it up to get that steak house quality sear on your steaks and chops! It’s packed with features that set it apart from other charcoal grills.

Clean up is a breeze with the pullout ash/grease tray.
Easily control the rate of burn with easily adjustable air dampers that are located on both sides of the grill lid
For greater burn control there are two adjustable air vents easily accessible in the front of the grill
Rotate the knob in the front of the grill to effortlessly adjust the charcoal bed. For greater versatility the charcoal bed is divided into three charcoal tray holders to make customizing your cook even easier.
Our Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Grates are easy to clean, maintain, and conduct heat perfectly.
As as always stay safe and use our Bull Pit Mitt BBQ Glove to help minimize burns when handling hot items.
