Grilled Watermelon Salad

I love watermelon but sometime we don’t finish it before it spoils. This is a great way to use watermelon leftovers.
Cooking the watermelon is a breeze on the Bull Grills thanks to the fact that the heat can be regulated easily.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups grilled watermelon
  • 2 cups Marketside Arugula & Baby Spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • 1 tbsp diced white onion
  • 1 tbsp diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup diced grilled cucumber
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 chopped avocado
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1/3 cup Green Goddess Dressing

Instructions

  • Pat dry watermelon and lightly spray with olive oil. Grill on medium-high heat on Bull Gas Grill.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and thoroughly mix together.
