Pork tenderloin with a chili rub is one of my favorite meat choices in a taco. The great thing about it is it’s easy and very affordable but packs a lot of flavors. I normally like serving it with a salsa made from creamed corn, jalapeño, and sweet peppers.
Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tbsp Bull Sweet Heat BBQ Rub
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Pat dry pork tenderloins. Rub with avocado oil and then rub spices thoroughly into the meat. Cover pork with plastic wrap and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheat Bull Grill to medium heat, around 375 degrees. Grill pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes and then very thinly slice. Serve on a tortilla and top with your favorite taco garnishes.
