Like being at your favorite Asian rotisserie! Sweet, salty, and a great umami flavor from the sesame oil, plus crispy skin and moist juicy meat all from the rotisserie of your BULL BBQ.
Agave and Sesame Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 Big & Plump bird, 4-5 pounds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons fresh chopped garlic
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons organic agave
- BULL Instant Read Flip Top Digital Thermometer
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into large Ziploc bag and mix well. Add Chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade. Put the marinade aside for basting.
- Place on BULL Rotisserie on medium high heat, and grill, basting regularly until internal temperature reaches desired readiness at 165 degrees using the BULL Instant Read Flip Top
