Grilled Baby Cauliflower & Hummus

September 16, 2019 By Anthony Serrano

Baby Cauliflower?!? Yes it’s a thing and it’s tasty when grilled! I love tossing it in olive oil and serving it with a nice garlic hummus & toasted almonds. It makes an amazing accompaniment to any entree.

Now don’t panic if you haven’t seen baby cauliflower at grocery stores. Normally it can only be found at farmer’s markets or specialty grocery stores. The great thing is you can easily recreate this veggie dish with broccoli, broccolini, or cauliflower.

Grilling the baby cauliflower on a Bull Grill is made easy peasy by using the Bull Dual Grilling Grid & Plank Saver!
Check out how beautiful and colorful baby cauliflower is!
The Bull Grilling Grid keeps our delicate baby cauliflower from falling into our powerful Bull Grill
The trick is not to overcook the baby cauliflower but instead just to give it a little bit of color. It tastes amazing when it’s still crunchy and combined with creamy hummus.
